With the active participation of the Graduate School of Psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology, Holmes Regional Medical Center, and Heath First the MDC provides a unique link to medical services, working with your own physicians to achieve continuity of care.

	Free Professional memory evaluations and neuropsychological testing
	Free programs for Caregivers
	Free Caregiving Wellness programs and psychological process groups
	Free Education and Training for families

PROVIDES:

The East Central Florida Memory Disorder Clinic is funded by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs to provide:

	The most correct diagnosis of memory problems possible.
	Education and training for families, caregivers and health professionals.
	Research relevant to find the cause, treatment and a cure for degenerative and progressive cognitive disorder.
